The hotel is exceptionally clean. the location is marvellous and pleasant in a rural area. - the breakfast is sensational. - the staff is very polite and welcoming. - the room is spotless and reasonably spacious, with a view of the courtyard. - There is a large bar area.

We greatly enjoyed the time here and would like to stay here on the next trip. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a good area, so close to Highfield Farm, the near by pipe and subsequently the east coast. The breakfasts were excellent with locally sourced meats and all the staff was LOVELY. The venue's position was secluded. Also, Church of st Peter was 2 km away.

We absolutely loved the hands-on cooking class at Highfield Farm! the culinary school offered at the property was a unique and enjoyable experience. the homemade cheesecake from the class was a delightful surprise. the location itself was also fantastic, with a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere.
